This workshop helps NHS staff understand and recover from burnout. Using a five-stage model, participants learn to spot early warning signs and apply practical strategies to restore balance, build support, and protect their mental fitness in demanding clinical roles.

 

Participants learn techniques for reflecting on recent challenges, managing energy effectively, and understanding how stress and fatigue affect performance. Focusing on self-care and mental fitness, the session supports sustained motivation and high-quality patient care in a pressured NHS environment.
