Career Counselling Skills

This workshop is designed to equip participants with the tools and techniques needed to guide trainees in understanding their career drivers, strengths, and challenges. Through the introduction of the 4-stage approach and the ROADS to Success framework, attendees will learn to develop actionable plans that support trainees in making informed career decisions.

Participants will engage in self-assessment exercises, explore structured career planning methods, and learn how to use ROADS to evaluate career options. The workshop aims to provide a holistic approach to career development, enabling trainees to build fulfilling careers that align with their personal and professional aspirations.
