Senior Faculty - Sexual Safety

This one-day masterclass is designed for senior medical education faculty, focusing on enhancing sexual safety within training environments. Grounded in the Sexual Safety Charter, the workshop equips participants with the skills and confidence to act as proactive bystanders, addressing and preventing inappropriate behaviours effectively.

Participants will gain actionable skills in recognising and challenging sexual misconduct, creating safe training environments, and responding to disclosures of sexual misconduct. The workshop emphasises building a culture of consent and respect, ensuring that all interactions within the training environment are conducted with sensitivity and care.

The primary aim of this masterclass is to equip senior medical education faculty with the knowledge and skills to uphold and promote sexual safety standards within training settings.
