Senior Faculty - Learning Environment and Cultural Competence

This one-day masterclass is designed for senior medical education faculty to enhance their understanding of creating an effective learning environment and fostering cultural competence. The workshop will involve interactive discussions and exercises focused on improving educational governance, optimizing training environments, and addressing cultural diversity.

Participants will gain practical skills in enhancing their leadership approach to support a positive and inclusive learning environment.
