what does this course cover?

This session is for the moment self doubt starts to cost you, the decision you second guess, the help you never ask for. You leave able to hold a high standard without it holding you.
Learning outcomes:
- Recognise why some specialties and training environments breed imposter feelings more than others, and why the evidence points at the system, not at you.
- Trace the line between self doubt, over functioning and burnout, and spot where you sit on it before it costs your health.
- Name the thinking patterns that drive self doubt and apply evidence based techniques to interrupt them before a difficult decision.
- Ask for help and admit uncertainty in a way that protects both patient safety and your standing with the team.
- Set a sustainable standard for your work and hold to it under pressure from a rota, a colleague or yourself.
