This workshop aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity in the healthcare environment. Participants will learn strategies for supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical colleagues, addressing biases, managing triggers, and making reasonable adjustments to enhance inclusion and psychological safety.

 

Attendees will gain practical skills in coaching neurodiverse individuals, including techniques for self-care, calming, and effective time management. The workshop will also cover legal and ethical obligations, practical adjustments, and the creation of psychologically safe spaces, equipping participants to support a diverse workforce effectively.
