This workshop aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity in the healthcare environment. Participants will learn strategies for supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical colleagues, addressing biases, managing triggers, and making reasonable adjustments to enhance inclusion and psychological safety.
