This half-day workshop is designed to enhance the skills of Educational and Clinical Supervisors, ensuring they remain updated with the latest professional standards. Participants will engage in reflective practices and interactive discussions to improve the learning culture and support diverse learners effectively.
The workshop covers strategies to address recent challenges affecting training quality, enhances understanding of the specific needs of International Medical Graduates and locally employed doctors, and provides techniques for better induction and supervision. Supervisors will gain confidence in creating a supportive learning environment and developing tailored support strategies for new NHS doctors.
