This workshop offers supervisors and education leaders a valuable opportunity to reflect on and enhance their approach to improving the learning environment and culture. Participants will engage in discussions and exercises to effectively use coaching models, build positive relationships, and develop skills in active listening, questioning, and feedback.
The programme will cover strategies for optimising training environments, conducting a SWOT analysis to identify key factors, and addressing psychological safety to foster trust and collaboration. Participants will learn to handle difficult conversations and improve overall training outcomes, ensuring a supportive and effective learning culture.
