This workshop is designed for doctors responsible for supervising and supporting medical trainees and healthcare professionals. Led by experienced medical educators, it provides practical tools and techniques for effectively managing and supporting trainees through incidents.

 

By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with strategies to support trainees involved in incidents, guide them through reflective discussions, and apply insights to enhance clinical safety.
