PORTFOLIO PATHWAY COACHING

what does this course cover?

Our personalised coaching supports doctors preparing to apply for Specialist Registration through the GMC Portfolio Pathway or developing an autonomous role as a specialist doctor. Working one-to-one with an experienced coach, you’ll gain clarity, structure and confidence to present your experience effectively and meet GMC requirements.

Each session is tailored to your individual goals — helping you identify gaps, collect and map evidence to specialty curricula and Good Medical Practice, and reflect meaningfully on your achievements. Whether you’re getting started or refining your final submission, this coaching provides focused, practical support to help you build a strong, well-organised portfolio that showcases your expertise and strengthens your application for specialist recognition.
