Our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring, delivered in partnership with the Advanced Coaching Academy, is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their coaching and mentoring skills. Over seven days of interactive workshops, participants will gain advanced knowledge in coaching theory, communication strategies, and professional ethics, equipping them to excel in their roles.

Participants will deepen their understanding of coaching and mentoring principles and develop practical skills through hands-on experience. The program includes comprehensive training in advanced coaching techniques, effective communication, and ethical practices. Participants will also complete 18 hours of practical coaching, culminating in assessments that ensure immediate application of their new skills.

The primary objective of this program is to provide participants with a formal qualification in coaching and mentoring, advancing their skills and knowledge to a professional standard.
