This one-day masterclass is designed for senior medical education faculty, focusing on how to effectively support diverse learners with individual unique needs. The workshop provides practical strategies and insights to enhance support for a variety of learners, including International Medical Graduates (IMGs), Locally Employed Doctors (LEDs). In the second section will focus on understanding and supporting neurodiverse individuals.

 

Participants will explore the specific challenges faced by different groups of learners, and develop skills in creating supportive learning environments. The workshop will also cover strategies for addressing biases and promoting psychological safety, ensuring that all learners receive the support they need to thrive.
