DOWNLAOD

Delivered over 12 months, this programme is led by senior doctors and managers within the NHS who possess lived experience in senior leadership roles. Their first hand insights ensure that teaching goes beyond theoretical knowledge, incorporating a mixture of interactive workshops and tutorials that are directly relevant to the complexities of healthcare leadership.

Participants will engage in six contact days throughout the year, fostering a rich learning environment that encourages practical application of skills. To meet the standards of the ILM for full accreditation, participants are required to complete three focused assignments, each designed to reinforce and demonstrate their competency in the key areas.
