what does this course cover?
This full-day programme is designed to enhance the skills of educational and clinical supervisors by aligning them with the AoME GMC endorsed standards for supervisors. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing activities guided by doctors with extensive experience in supervision.
The workshop will cover clarifying supervisory roles, exploring strategies for supporting postgraduate doctors and locally employed doctors, and encouraging effective trainee reflection. Participants will also learn to provide constructive feedback, create supportive learning environments, and manage performance issues.
