Mastering Quality Improvement in Medicine: A Doctor’s Toolkit

This interactive workshop on Practical Quality Improvement offers a hands-on ‘learning by doing’ experience, utilising real-world case studies to master quality improvement techniques within NHS settings.

Participants will navigate the Model for Improvement with case studies from various health sectors, including acute care and primary care. The training also covers the integration of Patient Safety, Human Factors, and Quality Improvement, alongside behaviour change strategies.

The aim of this workshop is to equip doctors with practical, actionable skills in Quality Improvement, enabling them to implement meaningful changes in their practices to enhance patient safety and service efficiency.
