Our Advanced Coaching and Mentorship Skills workshops are designed for those who have completed introductory training and wish to refine their expertise. Participants will delve into advanced techniques, including Motivational Interviewing and Transactional Analysis, to handle complex coaching scenarios and improve mentoring outcomes.
Participants will enhance their coaching abilities by reflecting on their current practices, mastering emotional intelligence, and learning actionable skills such as Motivational Interviewing and emotional regulation. The workshop also includes practical exercises and peer collaboration, ensuring participants can apply new techniques effectively in real-world scenarios.
