We are a national collaboration of doctors, organisational psychologists and leadership experts who have dedicated our careers to supporting the professional development of doctors, their trainers and our leaders within the NHS.

We understand that being a doctor is a unique journey. That challenges evolve as you progress in your career. Doctors are balancing multiple demands in a highly pressured environment. We know what excellence in supervision, mentorship and leadership looks like in the NHS and how complex this can be.
