Our workshop is designed for senior doctors, trainees, and locally employed doctors seeking to manage their careers effectively. Led by experienced NHS doctors, this course offers practical tools to assess work values, explore career options, and develop actionable career plans for a rewarding and sustainable career.

Participants will learn to assess their work values, explore career options using the ROADS model, and create a career action plan. The workshop provides practical strategies for informed decision-making, goal-setting, and progress-tracking, empowering individuals to take charge of their career development and achieve long-term professional satisfaction.
