Personal and Professional Effectiveness – Project Management

This course will provide participants with the tools and techniques needed to plan and execute projects successfully, while also enhancing their ability to engage with stakeholders and manage resources.

  • Recognise the importance of project set up and the key elements involved
  • Understand and engage with key stakeholders
  • Plan and schedule projects effectively, including defining project goals and objectives, creating project plans, and identifying resources and risks
  • Monitor and control project progress, including tracking milestones and deliverables, managing change, and addressing issues and risks
  • Learn effective communication strategies, including how to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage conflicts, and engage with the wider team
  • Develop your leadership skills, including how to motivate and inspire your team, manage resources, and drive results.
