This course will provide participants with the tools and techniques needed to plan and execute projects successfully, while also enhancing their ability to engage with stakeholders and manage resources.

- Recognise the importance of project set up and the key elements involved
- Understand and engage with key stakeholders
- Plan and schedule projects effectively, including defining project goals and objectives, creating project plans, and identifying resources and risks
- Monitor and control project progress, including tracking milestones and deliverables, managing change, and addressing issues and risks
- Learn effective communication strategies, including how to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage conflicts, and engage with the wider team
- Develop your leadership skills, including how to motivate and inspire your team, manage resources, and drive results.
