Optimising Your Job Plan

Summary of workshop 

This course is designed to help doctors in the NHS optimise their job plan by identifying and negotiating achievable workload targets, reviewing current working practices and identifying areas for improvement. Participants will develop strategies to help manage their time, workload and enhance their work-life balance, leading to increased job satisfaction and professional fulfilment.
